The philosophy of the School District of Cadott Community is a statement of the direction of our educational purpose. The following beliefs are valued by the Board of Education, the administration and all school staff.

It is the right, privilege, and responsibility of every student in the School District of Cadott Community to develop skills and attitudes, commensurate with his/her individual abilities, which enable him/her to become a productive and responsible citizen.

The School District of Cadott Community is committed to continuous progress and success for all individuals. The atmosphere of the school should be one that promotes values of fairness, generosity, tolerance and mutual trust between staff and students. The school, community and appropriate agencies shall work together to further develop those personal characteristics which will lead to a better individual and community life for all citizens.
