Hello, Cadott! My name is Christi Machler, and I am thrilled to return to my alma mater as your new Cadott Jr./Sr. High School Principal. As a Cadott graduate, I bring a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the school's values and traditions. This is my 28th year working in education, having spent the last two years as a middle and high school principal. I am excited to be back and to contribute to the growth and success of our school. 

As an administrator, my passion lies in academic and career planning, and I am dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for our students. In my previous role, I increased dual credit enrollment, established community partnerships, expanded our Youth Apprenticeship opportunities, and streamlined high school course offerings. I am committed to continuing this work at Cadott Jr./Sr. High School, with the goal of personalizing the educational experience for our students and opening doors to their future success. 

My husband, Travis, and I are both Cadott High School’s Class of 1990 graduates. I have a daughter, Kalee, who is a veterinarian in Thousand Oaks, California, and a son, Jadon, who is entering his senior year of high school. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

I look forward to the upcoming year as we work together to strengthen the vision of Cadott Jr./Sr. High School. I am eager to collaborate with the staff, students, families, and community to create a positive school culture that fosters growth and success.
