First, I want to extend my gratitude to the taxpayers of our community for supporting and passing this referendum. Your commitment makes this project possible. I also want to thank our school board for their steadfast dedication in guiding this referendum along the right path. Special thanks go to CESA 10 and Wendell for ensuring that taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly. And to Hoeft Builders, thank you for taking on the role of General Contractor for this project.
As we move forward, here’s what this project will bring to our schools:
New Additions and Improvements
This project will add 29,306 square feet of new space, featuring:
A state-of-the-art technical education center equipped with $400,000 of advanced equipment.
Three new classrooms within the Technical Education Center.
New district and high school office spaces.
Safe and secure entrance
Updated classroom furniture for every classroom in the junior/senior high school.
New boilers to improve heating.
A new chiller, designed to support future A/C system expansions.
A newly renovated library media center (LMC).
A fitness center with all new equipment
The original plan was more modest, with only two classroom renovations, a smaller technical education addition, and new boilers. But today, thanks to our community's support, we're creating something far greater—a facility that will serve and impact our students for generations.
Together, we've built a fantastic team to bring this vision to life, and I couldn’t be more excited about the future we're creating for our students and community. Thank you again to everyone involved in making this day possible.
