Cadott Varsity fought hard but came up short against Osseo-Fairchild, falling 5-3. Despite the loss, there were several standout performances on the field.
⚾ Isaac Wellner: 3-for-3, 1 run, 1 walk, 1 SB
⚾ Aiden Rykal: 1 run, 3 strikeouts in 2 innings pitched
⚾ Warren Bowe: 3-for-4, 1 double, 7 strikeouts in 3 innings pitched
⚾ Drew Rykal: 1-for-3, 1 RBI, 1 strikeout in 1 inning pitched
⚾ Michael Wellner: 1-for-4, 1 RBI
⚾ Carter Matherne: HBP, SB, 1 run scored
⚾ Riley Winchell: 1 RBI
A few errors and baserunning mistakes cost some runs, but the team continues to push forward. With a cleaner game and sharper execution, these close battles will start turning into wins. The focus remains on improvement, and the team is ready to keep working hard.
📆 Next up, JV is set to play at Augusta on Thursday at 5 PM, and Varsity will take the field again on Friday at Whitehall. Keep grinding, #CadottHORNETS! 🐝

These math scholars rolled two dice to create equations, then used a number rack to build and solve them. 🎲
They explored math in two ways—writing the equations and representing them visually. Such a fun and interactive way to learn! Keep up the great work, Mrs. Mengel’s Kindergarten class! 👏🏻

With the construction of the new Technology and Engineering facility underway, students at Cadott High and Middle School are getting a unique opportunity to see the construction process up close! 🏗️🚧
Bi-weekly tours will be available to students and teachers until the end of the school year. This is a great chance for everyone to observe the progress, ask questions, and learn more about the work happening right on campus.
This week, Mr. Goodman and Mr. Erickson kicked off the spring tours. Mr. Erickson, who teaches Biology, took his students on an insightful tour and even found ways to connect the experience to his curriculum! He’s also scheduled another tour with his Environmental Biology class to dive into the concepts of watersheds and soil properties, which are essential to both construction and our local geography.
Thank you, Mr. Erickson, for making this learning opportunity possible for our students! 👏
