Our annual Valley Fair Trills and Thrills Music Festival field trip was a fantastic experience! ✨ We had the opportunity to perform for two seasoned adjudicators, who awarded us a superior rating—the highest possible honor.
Despite the chilly, rainy weather, we made the most of our time celebrating at Valley Fair before heading to the Mall of America early for dinner and shopping. A well-earned celebration for a well-earned achievement! 👏🏻

Our 5th graders had an unforgettable afternoon exploring creativity and teamwork in the Cadott school forest! Students kicked off the day by tie-dyeing shirts for Field Day, creating colorful designs to show off their school spirit.
Next came the ultimate challenge: constructing shelters for their mini person that could withstand a “heavy rainstorm.” With teamwork and problem-solving, students put their engineering skills to the test!
It was an afternoon full of fun, laughter, and hands-on learning in the great outdoors! 🍃✨

These math scholars rolled two dice to create equations, then used a number rack to build and solve them. 🎲
They explored math in two ways—writing the equations and representing them visually. Such a fun and interactive way to learn! Keep up the great work, Mrs. Mengel’s Kindergarten class! 👏🏻
